1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹79 on orders below ₹1,199. Orders of ₹1,199 and above qualify for FREE shipping across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate while placing your order. Jayash Luxe Silver shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photographs so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
